Commercial Cleaning Services in Kona Hawaii

We called Eric regarding our gutters needing cleaning. He stopped by in a timely fashion and gave us an estimate giving us a minimum and maximum charge depending on how much time it would take. He scheduled a time to do the job and let us know before he came. While cleaning he took some pictures of a few broken roof tiles and emailed them to us afterwards, just as he promised he would do. The final price was less than the maximum. We liked Eric's simple straightforward no b.s. style.

He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. More importantly, we now know we need to get a roofer to do some minor repairs before they become bigger problems. We appreciate Eric's work and will call him again in the future. Thanks, Lloyd
